Do not open the 50ml bottle. You will receive a 2ML sample of the fragrance purchased in your order. Test the 2ML sample (it's in the sample 3-pack). We don't accept returns if the 50ml box has been opened.

If you want to return your unopened bottle, contact us within 14 days of receiving it at: hello@sarahbakerperfumes.com and we will give you the return address.  Please note that any promotional gift sent with the package must also be returned in order to gain a refund, including all 3 samples.

Pack your items securely and carefully and send to us. Please return the items within 7 days of receiving the return address. 

 Once received, we'll inspect your item, and if the box seal has not been opened and all promotional items are returned in good condition, we'll fully refund you within 7 days, using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Please note that we take no responsibility for misplaced, lost or missing items. We must receive the goods in order to process a refund.   

 Please note that we do not accept returns on items other than the 50ml bottles unless the item is faulty or incorrect.  

 This policy only applies to these orders within the USA and UK. Please note that all other countries are not eligible for returns.
